We were asking for contributions on the Colloquium's core theme, "The Emerging Global Governance Paradigm: The Role of Business and Its Implications for Companies, Stakeholders and Society".

On this purpose, we have launched a Call for contributions for practitioners and a Call for contributions for academics. Your abstract or full paper had to be sent to Mrs. Christina Komrowski, to the following E-mail address: christina.komrowski@esade.edu

Practitioners & Stakeholder contributions
The Call invites companies to submit presentations that demonstrate new insight and/or innovation in its internal or external governance activities. We encourage you to consult the:

Practitioner Guidelines and Annexes.

Academic contributions
To enhance a rich and challenging debate, we propose three levels of analyses: the Global, Supranational, International & Industry Sector Level; the National, Sub-National, Local/Regional and City Level; Company and Individual Manager/Executive Level. The submission of all contributions is closed now and we are very pleased by the incredible response from diverse contributions, which are currently being reviewed by the scientific committee. We would like to thank to all the contributors for their interest and hard work.

Authors from selected papers will be invited to present them during the EABIS 6th Annual Colloquium at ESADE. Following the Annual Colloquium presenters will have the opportunity to submit full papers to be considered for a Special Issue of the Corporate Governance Journal to be published in August 2008.
